Total mastery of patience, time, and drama create a constantly engaging journey that never gets tiresome or same-y: in fact the harder you listen the better it gets! Somehow Sorey et al. find a way to combine the deep listening and spontaneous interaction of the best jazz with the sense of every tone and sound being worth a universe of listening, which could be equally from Cage and Feldman or the accompaniment to an ancient ritual.

This is my favourite release so far as I slowly drill through his back catalogue. There’s something about the focus & subtle movement that captivates me. biscuitgecko
I discovered this album in the midst of a nervous breakdown. My now ex left me for a week to go camping with her friends. I was alone in our apartment stoned having a panic attack. By the time this album was done though I was cruising, at peace with everything. Everything in my life was fucked up and weird but it was ok.
Amazing album. Tyler Knapp
